My harness has only 4 wires and the distributor from the f20b has 8 I was told to get the other 4 wires from the camshaft but I don't know what colors go to what color

Did you look through this?

http://www.6thgenaccord.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46696&highlight=H23a+swap

I know it says h23a but it is for instructions on an f20b.

I've heard of people using an h22 dizzy. This should be of some use to you.

ook at the unused plug on the driverside of the engine, up by the end of the fuel rail. The 4 wires there were for the crank sensors your USDM motor had (red, white, green & blue in what looks like a O2 sensor plug). These go color for color to the JDM distributer plug. Your stock (orginial) distributor was a black rectangle 4 wire plug (yellow, yellow/green, black, black/yellow), these go color for color to the JDM distributor. Start the car and enjoy the F20b goodness.
