Nice write-up man. Did some quick spray and came out good. me and my valve cover are at peace again.
reminds me of this "turbo filter" i saw at pep boys the other day.
normal cone filter hollowed with a fan inside.
ProCarParts has it on their website.
I bought some tire foam spray at work tonight, as well as some shop rags.
Let's see what tomorrow brings.

^ yes that's my filter, i thought it was uber cool to have a real cf heatshield around the filter. It has a good hum too if you pair it with oem tubing (like mines as pictured) that you can hear at wot if you dont have a aftermarket muffler. Dang my engine looks small, i need turbo to fill the gap or headers at least.
