Re: DBO867's 1998 ACCORD LX 5MT TMT (Taking My Time) Build!!!!

Currently at a lost. I picked up my front end off a v6 coupe and there seem to either be extra plugs on the hood latches/horn area or the plugs on my harness got ripped off from the accident. The bigger problem is, i cant find where the wires mightve ripped from. Is there a difference in plugs for the 4cyl and v6 around that part? Also, any recommendations on how to remove the driverside motor mount bracket, mine wont budge at all

Not sure if you mean bumper but if you do, to swap a 2dr bumper onto a sedan you also need to swap in a radiator support.

Not exactly what i meant haha. I crashed my car couple months back and picked up a whole new front end off a 2000 coupe v6 including the radiator support. The horn assembly was included with the radiator support since i needed to replace mines anyways. But on the v6 models, there seem to be 2 extra plugs that i cant find on my 4cyl harness. I was wondering if there were any difference between the 4cyl and v6 horn assembly? And would any light pop up on my dash if i were to leave those clips unplugged?

Looks like there's a temp sensor for the v6's auto climate control mounted in the front. When I get out of work I'll compare wiring diagrams and see what else may be there.

I would suggest upgrading to the 8thgen horns. Cheap, easy, and you can actually hear them on the freeway haha.

No luck on my end. Only other thing I can think of in the area is hood pin switch for factory alarm on EXs.
