Ok we are on the rear knuckles. The problem is the bolt that holds the lower arm to the knuckle is stuck in the bushing. We took the entire knuckle and arm off the car to get a better angle. The nut is off the bolt so the bolt is sitting in the bushing which is in the arm and when we try to hammer the bolt out it doesn't even budge. I'm almost to the point of just buying new arms, bushings, and bolts and simply replacing it all on the new disc setup. Anyone have any tips to make the bushing let go of the bolt? Watch the video and you can see the problem area.

If the bolt won't move it's siezed in there w/ the bushing. You're going to end up tearing it apart anyways. Save yourself the hassle and just torch it out of there.

The same thing happened to me. The first time I damaged the bushing and decided to cut it out. The second time hammering the bolt out with a deadblow hammer did the trick for me. I just braced it against a parking block and went to work.

Good luck with it tho. It's a really crappy problem to have.
