It's a electric supercharger turbo. And electric fan at the end of the intake right before the filter. Just recently heard of em myself n was curious. Look it up on eBay or Google

Are you drunk? These are an obstruction to the intake.. does not create power. A real power boost requires nitrous, turbo, or a motor swap. All requiring tuning.
