It's really a matter of opinion.. I had a couple 17 inch konig and ADR wheels on my cg3 coupe and they looked pretty good. But for 5th gens 16 inch weeks look good and any bigger is really pushing it without supporting mods. All my opinion.
I'm mentioning 5th gens because you say you say you have a 1997 accord. In the USA that'll mean you have the older generation, in some other countries the 6th gens started in 97, and I don't know where you are
