I have an oem radio from a 99 ex 2.3 accord. I had sold the car with an aftermarket deck. My buddy needed a radio in his EM civic so we decided to make it "fit". I have all the speakers wires and power/acc/grounds hooked up. The radio turns on and works but no sound.
On the back of the oem radio there are two plugs; a large plug 20 pin in which the power, speaker wires etc plug into, and a smaller IIRC 14 pin plug. I keep feeling like we have to plug something into the 14 pin to make the radio work correctly. As of now it turns on, you can change eq settings, the cd player reads and ejects, but no sound. Any help would be appreciated guys.
