the tops of the rear strut towers are connected already by the rear deck of the car. i've never even seen a rear strut tower bar on a sedan or coupe, it'd be useless anyway. not to mention the lack of space for one. you'd be better off having a cross brace made for the hole that passes through to the trunk.

So that opening space that has the vertical bracing there, got a question about it.

Sorry to highjack your post, but I didn’t wanna start a new topic and get roasted...

I’m planning on building a box for my sub and put it up against my back seat, and having the backseat down for majority of the time until I build a b pillar wall. I want to remove those vertical bracing so I can get rid of the cancellation that’s happening, is there anything I can do to restrengthen it or do those vertical braces do anything?
