Start with the headlights, cheapest and easiest. Most say drop first, I'm more inclined to wheels first, since they help the look when driving by, alot more than a drop does atleast
Drop looks good and performs, but is less noticeable to passerby's or people who don't recognize what a drop looks like if your still on stock wheels
