He was clearly just messing around and if you reread the post, it isn't even necessarily directed towards you. It's related to what you said but not in a mean way.

Sorry wheel master. Im not well versed in wheel specifics, so for all I know the wheel hub could be anywhere. But sense you have an equation for my question then why don't you tell me what the offset of that 11 1/2" rim is?

I’ll dignify that with a response since this is all just a misunderstanding. I’m no wheel master, but I’ve learned through building my own set that the face/disc of the wheel is mounted to the intersection of the inner/outer barrel mating surfaces. A number of wheel bolts protrude through the face of the wheel and the mounting surfaces of both barrels with a nut on the back to secure the whole assembly together. Some people reverse mount the face, which means mounting it to the inside edge of the inner barrel, instead of the outer edge of the outer barrel. People do this to get more lip, generally.

And I believe his offset is +26mm.
