So, what does she run then?

And what exactly are the mods? All of them.

On the track last night where they made EVERYONE drive through the water box? I barely bested my time from last year by a few hundredths of a second. :skurred: I struggled with my 60' times all night. My best 60' time of 2.58 sec was achieved with a soft ~2300rpm launch.

On a dry track? Judging by my fastest trap of 92.9 and the fact that last year at the same track with the same wheels and same tires, I was pulling low 2.3 60' times with blown struts, my guess would be ~15.3. If I wasn't on street tires, and could launch higher than 3k, I'm sure the car could do ~15.1 or maybe better.

Mods list (that I would consider mentionable for drag strip performance):

Engine:
-AEM Cam Gear
-OBD1 P61 ECU tuned
-"Free flowing" Cat
-eBay header
-OE SRI with K&N cone filter

Drivetrain:
-H23 trans
-Action 1KS clutch
-ACT Streetlite Flywheel
-PSPEC Short Shifter

Suspension:
-Eibach Sportlines
-Tokico Illuminas
-15" EX Alloys with BFG g-force Sport 205/60/15

Other:
-ES Poly motor mount inserts
-Odyssey 680 Battery

My first pass, I raced a MazdaSpeed3. I managed to stay about 1 car length in front of him the entire race because he spun all the way down the track. :)

Nice. Nothing too crazy there, but I think you got a lot from the tuning, and maybe you have done some port work on the head too.

I'm getting a fresh 40k F23 on Nov. 1.
Goals for next season are to do my first auto-x and get to the strip once.
So I hope to get involved in the new "competition" forum.

I haven't run it since I swapped in the M2S4 (a while ago) and I wanted to know what I should shoot for. I don't have the experience you do by a longshot, but based on what I'm hearing I should aim for 15.4-15.9 or so.

One question:
What's the story with the ES Poly Mounts?
Energy Suspension doesn't have anything listed for 6th gen's.

Do the 94-97 Accord inserts fit right out of the box?

Please share.

I did notice that on my last run, after a second gear burn out, they did squeal when I ran out from the water box, but it must not have been hot enough because it was like a slip'n'slide off the line. Really wish I had a video of that burnout. lol

I've got the manifold with all the solenoids/valves/vacuum boxes and hoses. I've got a JDM H22 FR. I've got new gaskets for the IAB plate and IM to head flange. I've got vacuum plugs. Have a dremel, and I'll probably be using my pneumatic die grinder to shape the adapter plate. Also have an extra head and solenoids to test fit everything.
