Valve Cover

So does anyone know what goes on top of the valve cover? There's 2 threaded holes on top and I have never seen anything that goes on top next to part #5 and #7 I can only think that it's used in a different car that uses that same engine or valve cover

Never found anything meant to go there. If I had to guess it's just mount/alignment points for factory processes. Maybe for breaking it in or testing it.

What other car uses this engine? Or valve cover? Maybe it's a good looking piece that we don't even know about!

F23 was just 98-02 Accords and 98-99 CL. Some variants of F23 in the Euro and Japanese models as well. They all look exactly the same as ours, save for black paint in some, and the CL one obviously not saying Honda lol.
