Don't tap the fuel pump. I just installed a switch above the hood release and the push button right below the ignition key.

The fuse shouldn't be more than the wire u use can safely handle. Fuses are for the wires not the overheat and burn down. Fuses are NOT to protect equipment.

Well according to this one guy (some latino guy) on youtube, he used the fuel pump fuse as a connection for the kill switch and used a harness adapter and added an additional fuel pump fuse, so that one can go bad while the actual one is safe.
