Selling a set of Racing Hart C2 (3-piece)

Wheels were bought brand new and still in very good condition. Has been sitting in garage for 3 years. All 4 wheels come with tires but will need to be replace soon. Hub caps are currently missing (Will update if I'm able to find them).
Price: $550 (Negotiable) *Prefer local buyer but will ship at buyer's expense*
I also have a Blue AEM CAI+Filter that was on an 1999 Accord i4--$100 shipped!
