Had the Euro R corner weighted a few weeks back, (took out the baby seat, cd's etc) and it came up on the digital scales at 1280kg's (2822lbs) - rated in the specs of the owners manual with a full tank of gas @ 2932 lbs (1330kgs). There's supposedly around 20kg's of sound deadening alone, the air con and all its components are around the 30kg mark, so with all carpets and seats out I'm sure you could get the weight right down.

I guess the more narrow / smaller dimensions of the car help with the weight.

ok here is my most current dilemma ... my exhaust ... here are the cl1 factory exhaust spec's provided by glassjaw ...

2-1/4" flattens out to 2-3/4 and splits into two after the rear support, has 2 Silencers in the mid section, and 2 mufflers out the rear.
It has stainless piping from factory too would you believe??
Apparently the cheapest and most effective mod is to enlarge the exhaust collector to 2-1/2"

with that info, i would like to hear everyone's opinion on what size single exit exhaust piping i should get ... i will no longer be boosting this motor, i will be keeping it N/A ... i've had my eye on this 3" exhaust kit

From what I was reading on Honda-Tech.com since I'm looking to do an H-series swap myself, the 3inch exhaust is your best bet. Check this out, http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2197695, also someone here on 6GA did the 3inch exhaust it was jaron001 (pretty sure there are other members but can only think of one person) you should ask him about his opinion on it and I believe he did a youtube vid too if I'm not mistaken, hope this help make up your mind.

I'm finally looking to purchase a aftermarket header. My only concern is that I don't know what header would best fit my H22A being that its from a 2001 Euro-R. Also what size is av6 stock exhaust. I think I'm going to go with stock dual piping depending on the size and just get some nice oem mufflers like CL-S.

If it's truly 2 1/8 dual exhaust piping then it would be perfect. Now I need to find someone local that has one laying around and is willing to donate it for a good cause lol. Can anyone verify the piping is really 2 1/8 just to be sure?
