^ That sounds about right. Even if you had gotten a lawyer I highly doubt you would have gotten any more in your pocket after the lawyer took his/her fees out.
Insurance companies usually don't figure in much (if anything at all) for mods. If I ever see a modded car though, I usually try my damndest to add in at least something for the mods in the offer I present to the person.
