Alright so I have a quick question. I have the default rates for a 4cyl sedan.
My rates are....
F = 800.250.400
R= 800.250.300
It is Length of Spring.Diameter of Spring. Pound per inch
So now people say the default rates are 8kg/6kg, 10kg/6kg, 12kg/8kg
Now my question is....
400 lbs x 8 inch = 3200lbs
pound to kg = 1lbs = approx .45359237 kg
3200 x .45359237 = 1451.495......kg fronts
300 lbs x 8 inch = 2400lbs
2400 x .45359237 = 1088.62168....kg rears
So what do I do after. Does it mean I am 14kg/10kg or what? I know for a fact that I'm not 14kg, my ride isn't that stiff.
Unless i calculated it wrong, please shine in some light. I've emailed eibach, honda tech vendors, and no response from any one of them.
Might help other people aswell.
My ride Tbh feels more like 8kg-10kg in fronts and 6kg in rears.
Will call Eibach on Monday since they are closed Sat and Sun.
