Anyone have any experience milling the F23A1 head and know how much I can safely mill to increase compression... Everything internal wise is stock F23A1

I would not personally mill a head just for raising compression, once you shave off part of a head you can never get that back obviously.

So down the road if you say had a head gasket failure from over heating for some reason, majority of the time when you pull that head you will need a small amount milled to ensure a nice tight mating surface to your new head gasket. If you already have milled it, leaves less chance that you will have any material on the head to work with in the future without having to scrap it and buy a new head.

No reason to mill to raise compression. If you are raising compression, build the block with appropriate pistons. Milling the head is like hitting check, then mate, eventually. There's only so much clearance with the domes, and you want all the reserve you can get on the head in case you have future damage and need to plane it even, as mentioned above.
