I found it easier to put the tail lamps in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes. It heats the whole lamp to pull it off easier with out cracking the lens. comes right off. Then once your done, put it back together and put it back in the oven for 10 minutes so you could reseal the glue together again. I painted mines black with a high temp paint so it would match the black headlamps I will soon put on. it may not match other color accords but it looks nice on mines!
