"Break Lamp" light on. After 10 mins

My break lights in rear are all fully functional, even with the "Break lamp" on and off. All bulbs are good and the "Break lamp" light will turn on after about 10 mins of driving. I turn my car off and back on; "Break lamp" goes away... After another 10 mins, it turns back on. Sorry if that was confusing. Help, you guys are great!

...that's the ebrake 'Brake' light, not the 'brake lamp' one. the 'brake lamp' light only comes on if a bulb is dead.

op, it could be the filament inside, i've had it go off before, then looked and everything worked fine. the filament became detached from one side and would intermittently work. just check the three brake light bulbs and see if that's the case.
