Do we need a flasher unit? I know 4Gs you had to do that "Brown Box Trick" when you switched to LEDs. That or put in equalizers.

I know why. Common sense is kicking in. lol

If it's of any consolation, one finally died on me last week, and I've had them in the car for roughly 4 years. So they're a quality product in my experience. And the way they're made, you won't have an amber hue in the headlights anymore. So you get a better look whether the bulb is on or off. (imo)

I won't ever buy LEDs from eBay, they're all crap.... if it doesn't have specs like wattage and lumens, I'm not buying it.

and yes, you need load resistors or the flasher unit for the LED turn signals.

Those LED 9005 bulbs are just going to look like yellowish parking lights. Please post pics when you put them in, I'd like to see how they actually look. I would've gone for yellow halogen bulbs for the high beam buckets.

$8 tower LEDs really aren't going to be that bright or long-lasting..... hope you get lucky.
