just like the title states. im willing to pay for shipping (to 22003) but just need to know the cost prior. it can have paint issues and doesnt necessarily need to be black, b/c i'll get it painted BUT needs to fit flawlessly. if you have/ know of invader style hood even, i'd definitely consider. thanks for the help...
