+42 offset on a 7 inch wide wheel?

17x7 inch racing hart c5s the black ones are wat I bought..they are +42 which is gonna be inside the fender correct? my tl wheels where 8 inches wide and +42 i think and where outside the fender by like a smidget amount...lol I dont want it too stick out..just asking tho..let me know! :beer:

They will fit nicely and won't stick out the fenders at all.

i have decided to wait on the wheels, Im going to go 18 in anyway..so i am thinking about getting the konig hurry's in 18s..so a few more weeks before I buy any wheels..I think the offset is something like +45 on the hurry's in 18s..so thats what Im sticking too..thanks for the answer!
