The bottom ring is to loosen it and the one before the top ring is the one to raise or lower it right?

The rings i circled is to unlock it. Using your coilover keys, twist your top ring to desired height and then lock the bottom ring in place

yea, way back though. loosen the 2nd from top ring to unlock and adjusted it that way. hella messed up the preload, car was super bouncy. i thought it was the same way as coilover sleeves but i was wrong lol
