It could be something referred to as coil slap. I think that's what it's called. Anyway, it's when the coils of the spring hit each other. My rears used to do it all the time! Luckily they had a plastic tube line thing on it when I installed them, no idea what it did. I later moved it to the part where the compressed coils meet the non compressed ones and the sound went away.
Maybe something to look into.

yea i know what your talking about. were do u think i can get one of those things wouldnt hurt to try it. my springs didnt come with it

I think tein makes them. Honestly, I would just go to a hardware store, or anywhere that would sell clear plastic tubing, get some of it, and try it out. It doesn't have to be anything special, just something to stop the metal on metal contract.
Hell, you could prob even use twine and wrap it around it.

When you do it, just find where the coils stop being compressed, mark it, jack it up, and put it there. You only need a little over 1 revolution of the coil
