I’m doing my first rebuild. When removing the 3 nuts from the main gear shafts, I confused which one was left hand threaded. So basically I torqued all of them down instead of unscrewing them. My impact gun goes up to 700 ft-lb…. I turned each nut about 15-30 degrees. Should I be concerned I may have damaged anything like the bearings? I am replacing the nuts and washer for sure.

You should be able to see any thread damage you did. Any bearing damage is unlikely since usually they tighten on a surface and bearing clearances are set with shims.
