Should specify whether it's for Coupe or Sedan.
Those look like Coupe ones in the pic, but just to be clear.

unless I am mistaken, only 01-02 coupe had fog lights in the bumper

Image of OEM fogs for 01-02 sedans. And OEM fogs only came in clear lens, to get yellow you can either use a yellow bulb or plasma ion bulb from PIAA, or tint the lens yellow with film but I've heard of people getting burn spots.
