White smoke from tail pipe in cold weather?

is white smoke from my tailpipes normal in cold weather? as long as the smoke isn't blue or black I should be fine right?
and the smoke doesn't come out when i'm driving, only when idling at a stop light.

You can eliminate that by stuffing ur exhaust with dissicant bags
