Hi

I resently got myself a CG4 (2 liter inline 4. model year 2000), that I need to find a new set of wheels for.

It did not come with the original stock wheels. However I need to figure out the offset of the stock wheels. In order for the new wheels to be legal the offset needs to be within 10 mm of the stock wheels.

I know from the sticker on the B-post that the stock tires are 195/65-15 and being a CG4 it has a 4 lug configuration (4x114,3).

Hope som of you guys can help me out.

Kind regards from Denmark

Anders

Offset is +55. That's an interesting law, I am curious as to the reasoning behind that.

Thanks for your replay RedRyder.

I have seen mention of a +55 offset on several sites, but I was not quite sure if that also goes for 4 lug CG4.

This following site seems to think that the offset is +40

Sorry I could not post a link yet.
