Hey so I’m new to this forum and decided I would reach out in order to see if anyone was in the same situation as me. I have a stock 2002 Honda Accord EX v6 and was looking for suggestions and modifications I can do to my car in general or in the suspension and wheel area that will make my car not “stock” anymore haha. If you could limit to more less expensive things that would be great. Thanks!

Welcome to the site. No shortage of info on those topics, just check out the stickied threads in the subforums. Here's a couple to get you started.

The sky is the limit for your build. Be creative and follow your dreams. If I were you, I'd start with tint, some decent rims, coilovers, aftermarket steering wheel, 6MT swap (if you know what you are doing), etc.

I think he said the least expensive. The 6 mt swap is one of the more expensive mods you can do for a cg not to mention it requires a pretty good amount of downtime.

Yeah, the thing is that the other listed modifications he can do can be done under $500 each (if done correctly on the finance side). The 6MT swap can be done on a later date, when he has the money and time to do the swap.

Since it usually costs in excess of 2000 for a 6 my swap I would think it’s probably last on the list :lawl:

eBay lip or some decent headlights and tail lights can change the look pretty drastically and they're relatively inexpensive for the most part

I'll assume you already know, but I'd first make sure the car's maintenance and overall standing is in tip-top shape... especially considering the auto's in these cars are known to be faulty.

That’s usually what takes the most money when we get these cars because 9/10 times they’re usually just neglected. The thing that sucks is that we HAVE to buy most of these parts rather than browsing through wheels looking for the cheapest pair lol. I never skimp on mechanical parts but body mods I surely will because no one cares if you have a mugen front lip or a mu-gen style eBay lip lol. As long as it looks good.
