Where rusted out cars don't exist
After 6 years or so of riding on my HIDs, one of them (passenger side) went out. I know I can just be cheap and go to the parts store and get a bulb, but HIDs are just more awesome.

Anyway, I'm curious to know if I can get just replacement bulbs or if I have to get a whole new kit. If I get just the bulbs, are the wires that plug into the ballast an industry standard? Meaning, would it matter if I get ABC brand HID bulbs when I have XYZ brand ballasts?

You can buy bulbs only, and fitment just depends on bulb number. Only discrepancy should be something like a connector that needs sanded a little so it snaps together better or something.
