Rear tail light HID?

I remember seeing a thread on here of someone putting in a HID in their rear tail light & turns on at a flick of a switch to blind someone if being tail gated, there was a video that went along with this but I can't find it anywhere on here.

lmao, that would be awesome to do. i hate when someone tailgates me, i simply just go slower just to make them more mad, lol. gonna look into this.
