I'm still throwing p11016 for the barometric is it possible that when it runs good the air pressure is right but on days that it's not it's causin my idle to hang?

Tint on top of tint. I put 15% on top of 5%. A cop measured it with one of his toys and said it was negative 17% so there you go.
