my 98 accord just hit 220 today. still running strong and hopefully it can reach 300 next year. LOL.

i have 180k on mine and still pulls like a champ.. i also took the valve cover off not to long ago.. 100% golden under there. i looked soo clean

wtf? 113k miles and already TWO rebuilds?

dude, just get an MT swap done when your current tranny goes out!

The two rebuilds are due to the fact that my dad used to abuse the living **** of out the Accord. That AND we used to pull two jet-skis plus the weight of the speaker boxes and the THREE kids (including myself) So yeah.. lol *knock on wood* this one doesn't go out.

^mine was the same, except I pulled my fishing boat & uhaul trailer.
& I had it rebuilt for 3k before I joined this site. Man oh I wish I knew about this forum a few years ago. That money coulda went elsewhere.

3k for a rebuild? That's harsh, down here in Miami you can get a decent rebuild for around $800-$950 maybe with warranty depending on the shop. Man, I can only imagine your Honda pulling a boat! Lol
