Just hit 86k miles D:
Not bad for a 2001 though.

You should never Let your Gas get that low, unless your trying burn your fuel pump up

As we all know, Accords have built a strong reputation for long lasting durability. I've heard of 200, 300, even 400k mile Accords in some of the older generations. Yesterday I hit 150,000 on the odometer and got to thinking if there are any other high mileage 6th gens on the boards here?

Anyone with...
100k+?
125k+?
150k+?

As far as I'm concerned, she's just getting broken in at 150,000:D

I have a 98 accord with 208k, and still running strong

Fuel pumps rely on gasoline to keep it cooler. If you're running low on gas, the fuel pump is starved of gasoline and begins to heat up. When you start running low, most likely whatever is left isn't all fluids and some can be vapors.
