Brake lights always on after connecting a spoiler.

So I installed a spoiler, plugged in the cable and now brake lights don't turn on when I hit the brakes. Basically, brake lights think they're accessory lights. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Any help would be great.
P.S. Hopefully the photo will make things a little bit clearer.

Did you do this with the electrical plan? Sounds to me like you spliced the wrong wire.

with a multimeter take the plug where the bulb is on. Remove the bulb or enter the probe from the back, have a friend press the brakes and test each wire. The one that stays on (12v) all the time is not it (im assuming that is the one you tapped into) the one that gets 12v only when you press the brake is the wire you want to tap into.

Chaby, I didn't splice anything. Just disconnected the 3rd brake light, and connected the spoiler instead. The issue takes place even after I reconnect everything back.
@FNCONE thanks, I'll do that, just wanna fix it.

Ok, so this is where I plugged in the spoiler.

All bulbs are fine, is my car drunk?

Nope. Also I've heard that some people had their 3rd brake lights working in similar circumstances. Mine's always off.

Just got one yesterday. Never messed with one before, so now it's like some sort of alien technology to me. lol

I thought about it ,but the wire was pretty loose when I pulled it. Checked all the fuses, they're all fine.
