um.. yeee. u turn left or right. u can turn it 16 times to the left or the right. u use the wrench to adjust ur height. thats all i know. did i miss anything?

I want some coil overs that have the ability to adjust height through the dampening bolt. Would save me so much time.

ok, what you just explained to me is correct for the shock damper valve adjustment. that will ONLY help with how they ride, i.e. how soft or hard the shock feels.
to adjust the height, you take the 2 coilover wrenches that come with them, loosen up the locking collar nuts, and spin them up or down. up if you want to raise the car, down if you want to lower.
