I heard you can bypass the heater core, but Im not sure if that is less labor intensive. You do lose your heater tho.


I had to do this on my Aurora back in the day. Heater core blew on a road trip, so they just coupled the inlet and outlet hoses together.

Lost the heater but it got me back home.

When does it get wet? When you drive? When you have A/C on? When you have the heater knob turned to "hot"? When McDonald's stops serving breakfast?

More info = more accurate diagnosis.

well it seems like after it rains but not till a couple of days later....or when i wash the car.............. but the car been sittin there for like almost 2 weeks and its still wet... weird thing is i passed vaccum and its still damped
