How much would that thing be worth if it was painted up nice?

I have a feeling they painted the top to hide the fact that the carbon fiber was oxidized/faded from the sun. Even if you were able to get the paint off, you probably won't like what you see underneath.

That does make a lot of sense...i'd paint it, then sell it.

Thats just me though.

im going to paint it. And depending on how dumb the person is i could easily get up to 100 bucks but for a normal person probably 50 maybe a little more.

And i was thinking thats probably why they only painted the top as well
