120k, rebuilt tranny around 105k.. alternator replaced at 110k hope I won't have to change them again.
The TCS was in 01-02 (6.5gen).

00 av6 im at 186,000 got the car at 160,000 no real trouble, radiator and plugs. i am planning on doing the timing belt and wp soon though.
