Hope you have a beefy sway bar, that will add some decent weight to the front of an already understeering car.

I talked to Richard, jdmcg7, and he is using a 1/2 inch steel plate. It is welded onto the oil pan. His has had no problems. As far as dents and such, the plate protected it all. Apparently it works really well but idk about doing 1/2 inch. That seems a little much. And quite heavy.

No I am not, but for $90 I am considering buying one and trying to modify it to fit. The underside of my car looks like a Freddie Cruger had his way with it.
