For those with front lips, I was wondering if anyone has placed weather stripping or anything similar between the bumper and the lip?

Here's some examples:

The scratches on the bumper look horrible from scraping my lip daily, especially on a black car. So I'm thinking this will help cover it up and prevent further scratches as well.

Anyone got pics of their Accord with weather stripping?

And if anyone can link me to the specific weather stripping they use, I would appreciate it!

Wouldn't like dirt and crap get stuck to it if it was double sided tape?

I think it might be one-sided (taped to the bumper). If it's taped to the lip as well, that won't allow the lip to move and could force it to crack probably. That's what I'm guessing.

And yeah, I think s2000 front lips come with them as well.

I should just try this out..

Just make sure to apply the tape as evenly as possible. If it's crooked it's gonna look stupid as fukk. haha
