It's a black plastic/rubber strip about 1/4" thick that goes along the top edge of the lip. It is not taped to the car, it is angled from the factory so when pressed up against the bumper cover the pressure alone creates a seal. As for how it is attached to the lip itself, not sure but I think it is attached with some sort of adhesive.

If you want to see photos of anything specifically, I can take some for you.

If you want to see photos of anything specifically, I can take some for you.
If it's not a bother, that'd be great. I want to see the inside of the lip to get an idea. It looks real clean from the factory cause it's barely noticeable. That's how I want mine to look like.

But judging from the pic, it looks like the size of a straw. I thought it was as wide as a ruler or something. :thinking: Hopefully my local $tealer$ship has them.
