Got one end cap all filled in gotta sand it and prolly fill it one more time to be perfect. Heres what i used and how it looks..

Reinforced the backings a little i used some plastic mesh and the bumper repair glue. Ill see how it holds up seems pretty good both end caps got final coat of putty just have to be sanded and primed.

heres the end results on the end caps it took 3 coats of filler and lots of sanding to get it to the point where i was happy.
After 2nd coat and plenty of sanding
Last coat and even more sanding
Finished caps
