Are the rear brakes drums or pads? Anyone know?

damn I found out.. they are drums.. ahh I ordered pads like an @ss! HAHA! Does anyone know how I would go about swaping to disc brakes in the rear? Would it cost a lot of money? Thanks. Peace.

*drum shoes ;)

the swap isn't really worth it. most of your car's braking power comes from the front (it makes sense, when you hit the brakes all the weight is transferred to the front of your car, so the rear brakes aren't doing much)

Exactly. When stopping, the weight is transferred to the front.
When I first changed my rear brake pads, I got them from Honda and they are small as hell :eek:

But if you really wanted to do the rear conversion, you need both rear spindles, the hubs, the discs, the calipers and I think the lines, too. Then just bolt them on and bleed them.
