I hate how the range of my remote sucks and I can't even stand 10 feet away and lock it... Anyone know how to boost the range?

I have the same problem, I tried replacing the battery but that didn't help. The weird thing is the trunk pop works from further away, and more consistently. So my problem is isolated to the door locks somehow.

Sounds like the transmitter and/or receiver is going bad. Just use the manual override.

Besides, your transmitting a frequency that can be easily picked up with over the counter equipment. Basically an entry key to your car.

Hey man hold the fob around the left temple of your head and lock/unlock it from there. Something about the brain/waves or something makes the range super super longer

The receiver/antenna is integrated into the blue passenger multiplexer. Don't know of any way to actually extend the antenna or anything like that though.
