Lower Grill Repair

I went a little crazy with the dremel trying to install civic fogs, and I was wondering if anybody knew a way to repair this without the original pieces.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do a black mesh over the whole lower opening??

I'm not sure but when I get mine painted in a month or so, I can hack that portion from my old bumper and send it to you and you can see what you can create.
