I seen the thread about using polyurethane filler on motor mounts but can I use it on trailing arm bushings for a civic. I'm doing a rear disc conversion on my sisters civic but the bushings are starting to crack and break a little so I was wondering if I can use it for that. Also where can I buy it and is there something from home depot I can use or should I just buy polyurethane bushings for it.

is it sporty?

does she want it to ride hard?

if it's your sisters stock DD civic I'd stick rubber bushings back in it.

If it's her DD you can just replace with rubber bushings. If you want a DIY project or to up performance, fill with poly. You can find it by searching for the following things in google:

Forsch Polymer Co - McMaster Carr.
