Hard to believe you never had a ride thread, nice to see one for your car finally. The GC’s are a fun install, you’ll love them. Car looks sharp, I think it will look even better without some of the CF bits you’re removing/removed.

Any close-up pics of the rear Pilot rotor setup, maybe one without the wheel on or showing how the bracket fits? I had kind of decided not to do this since it’s just for looks, but the one pic you did post really makes the rear rotor look big. The stocks are so tiny. Is Paul the only one that makes brackets?

I’d like to see more detailed pics of the BMW sidemarker, and the LED highmount brakelight if you have any. Trying to decide what to do with my highmount.

I thought the Oddy alternator was 130 amps?

Thanks, Chris.

Yeah, once the door handles are back to the stock ones, I think it will improve the look as well.

I have never taken a pic of the rear brake setup. I should have when I got the tires put on the other day. Can get one for you, probably on the weekend.

As far as I know, Paul is the only one to make the brackets for the rears.

Will take some pics of the third brake light as well.

I can get close-up pics of the sidemarker, I don't have any install pics, though.

Yes, Oddy alternator is 130amp. Fixed that, thanks.

The swap was done in September, I guess you didn't follow the build thread, lol.

You knew it was coming when I asked you which side markers you went with!

Nice Derek. I need to make a MR thread too.... You have any engine bay pics?

Thanks, Lem. Glad to see you go that retro done as well. What happened to the fogs?

I only have some of when the swap was first done. I need to finish cleaning it up and getting the new IM/TB installed.

I also have to take some trunk set up shots as well.

Will be updating with pics fairly often.

Hella nice engine swap!

Imo, remove front bug thing, maybe sunroof thing, color match the rest. Even, espacially, rr window thing and gas door. Might as well have red as black, it all looks 'broken replaced by junkyard'.

Thanks.

Last exterior shot is how the car looks now.

I do plan to colour match the rear window visor.

It was time for the 'Mutant Panda' look to go.

Last thing to get taken off is the door handles.

I was considering e34 side markers since I have a spare set laying around somewhere, just couldn't picture how they would look.

Car's looking better and better!
I am going to have to copy your brake setup in the future, my rotors are so :baby:
Looking forward to the 01-02 front bumper, of course, I'm a little biased :p
