hey guys, my friends got an 01 ex f23a1 5 speed (coupe). his head gasket blew he replaced it, but he put on a different head by itself from another accord sitting around. (original one was warped). Now he's put everything back together and it starts fine, but only runs for like 2 seconds, then shuts off. but it will start again after shutting down. he's got like 120k miles. cars completely stock, no mods.
car will start run for like 2 seconds, them just shut off

Have you checked all grounds? Getting fuel? There will be some more experienced members on here shortly but for now at least go over the obvious.
Typically, this would scream ignition switch but that has nothing to do with a head gasket so stick with fuel, spark and I would look over your connections.
Mine was ignition switch, same exact symptoms but I can't see how they would be related.

If your odometer and dash lights are all out after it stalls, suspect the ignition switch.
